If, even after that heartfelt butchering of a quote, you would still like to part with your purchase, we at per / se are more than happy to offer a 28 day return policy.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your former beloved piece, please follow the instructions as set out below:
1 Ensure you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt, in the original packaging with any accompanying paraphernalia (please keep our thank you note).
2 Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the returns form.
3 Print, complete and place the completed returns form in the parcel.
4 Take your package to any Post Office and ask for a proof of despatch. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. We shall not be responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
5 Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of the delivery service.
6 You are advised to keep hold of any tracking numbers that the Post Office may give you.
You will receive your refund credit within 21 days of PER/se receiving the item(s). An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed. Please note that the cost of the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Except when returning faulty items all items must be returned in a saleable condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
